What We Do Together
With the help of our members last year we:
*Raised over $13,000 for teacher grants
*Purchased costumes for a beloved annual 5th grade project
*Made sure every child left the book fair with a new book
*Purchased benches for the outdoor classroom
*Provided all staff cookies, bagels, and lunch for Teacher Appreciation Week
*Organized the weekly Pizza Day
*Purchased a tree, bird house, and benches for the outdoor area
*Supported NYS and National PTA efforts to advocate for public schools
*and so much more...
Volunteer With Us
PTA members can also support students and teachers through volunteering. Some ways to volunteer include:
*Be a class parent - and bring some fun to the classroom
*Help at the annual Book Fair
*Assist with developing the Yearbook
*Join the Welcome Committee
*Decorate for Halloween
*Assist with Picture Day
*Help us expand our outreach
